Room 1
Room 1 is a Double Room on the ground floor at the back of the house with access to patio and the garden at the rear of the house via its own french windows. It is fully equipped and has its own en suite toilet and power shower.
Accessibility
Whilst it is not wheelchair accessible we have taken steps to improve access with all sockets and switches raised to the approved height and the walls are of contrasting colours. Taps are lever operated for ease of use. All door handles are of lever design to assist in operation. There are no steps on the ground floor where you will also find the Guest Lounge and the Breakfast Room. The room has good colour contrast and is well lit.
