Breakfast Menu

Fruit juices - grapefruit, orange, pineapple.
Cereals - Weetabix, Fruit & Fibre, Muesli
Grapefruit segments, Prunes (as requested), Yoghurts

Welsh Cooked Breakfast of:
sausages, bacon, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes,
and eggs (fried, scrambled or boiled)

Toast with jam and marmalade

Teas, coffee or chocolate

Eggs are fresh daily from our own Chickens.
All our meats are from local Welsh sources.
Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 08:45.
If you have any special dietary requirements (e.g. gluten-free (coeliac) or vegetarian), please advise us on arrival.

Packed Lunches - £5

Sandwiches - select any two from the following:
Cheese, Ham, Corned Beef, Tuna or Egg
served with Tomato, Mayo or Pickle

Crisps:
Ready Salted, Salt & Vineger, Cheese & Onion,
Prawn Cocktail, Roast Chicken or Smokey Bacon.

Drinks:
Mineral Water, Coke, Orange, Lilt, Lemonade, Fruit Juice

All the above Subject to Availability.
Orders must be placed by 19.00 the day before.

We can also fill your flask with either
Tea, Coffee or Chocolate for an extra £1.00
