Recognition followed steadily after that. A carbon footprint award arrived in 2011, and our certificate soon rated us excellent across every category. In 2012, we installed the first electric car charging points at any guest house in Snowdonia, connecting to what was then a new national charging network. Five years later, Green Key International added its own environmental award to the collection. Each milestone pushed us to keep improving rather than resting on the last one.
