To help you get an early start on your mountain adventures, the first S1 Sherpa bus typically departs from the Betws-y-Coed railway station—just a short walk from our driveway—at 08:05, arriving at the iconic Pen-y-Pass trailhead by 08:25.

Arriving By Train

At Bryn Bella, we are passionate about supporting car-free tourism and making your journey into the heart of Eryri as effortless as possible. If you are arriving by rail, we are delighted to offer a complimentary collection service from the Betws-y-Coed train station by prior appointment. Simply share your arrival time with us in advance, and we will be there to meet you and your luggage for the short drive to our elevated retreat. To ensure a perfectly timed pick-up, we kindly ask that you call us on 01690710627 as your train departs Llandudno Junction; this allows us to confirm you are on your way and ensures we are waiting at the station the moment you step onto the platform.
