Check-in is between 15:00 and 22:00, and we ask that guests check out by 10:00 on their day of departure.

Yes, we provide complimentary on-site parking with one allocated space per guest room.
Do I need to book a parking space if I have more than one car?
As space is limited to one car per room, please contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate an additional vehicle.
Can I be collected from the train station?
Absolutely. We offer a complimentary collection service from Betws-y-Coed station by prior appointment for guests arriving by rail.
How do I arrange a station pick-up?

Charging is provided free of charge for the sole use of our staying guests who book direct with Bryn Bella.
