KEEPING YOU SAFE DURING YOUR STAY AT BRYN BELLA GUEST HOUSE

We have all faced unprecedented challenges as a result of COVID-19. The well-being of our guests has always been of the utmost importance to us and this has never been more true than it is now.  For our guest’s safety, we have reviewed all aspects of operations.

Our Staff

  • All staff have received Covid 19 training. This will ensure all operations are being carried out in line with public health guidelines.
  • Hand sanitising stations will be available.
  • Operating systems of work will enable social distancing wherever possible, and be determined by government guidance.
  • All staff will be provided with the relevant PPE.

Our Guests

  • Cash will not be accepted and credit/debit card details will be required for payment.
  • Helpful signage will be placed throughout to aid social distancing and we kindly ask guests to respect these measures.
  • Social distancing will be observed throughout the property, with reduced capacity in relevant locations, e.g., reception area, dining, and closure of some services.

Public Areas

  • We will be undertaking intensive preparations and cleaning to ensure Bryn Bella is ready to welcome everyone back.
  • All public areas will be operating on reduced capacity with seating more widely spaced.
  • A complete review of our housekeeping operations for bedrooms and public areas with enhanced levels of sanitisation introduced, with specific focus on complete room sanitisation especially critical touch point cleaning including, handles, switches, remote controls, and high contact furniture.

GUEST ROOMS

In guest rooms, we have elevated our rigorous cleanliness standards to hygienically sanitise all surfaces with high-grade disinfectants, we will also be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for your use as well as a number of other standards designed to keep you safe.

We advise guests to use contactless payments whenever possible, larger transactions can be made with a credit card terminal that is disinfected after every use.

We are trying to do everything that we possibly can to make Bryn Bella one of the safest places to visit.

Housekeepers will not enter your room throughout your stay (unless requested). Fresh towels, extra toiletries etc. can be requested & collected from reception.

Our housekeeping team have been allocated a longer timeframe to complete a thorough clean of guest rooms & public areas.  As a result, early check-ins and late check-outs are not possible.

Our Guest lounge will not be open.

As always, we will adapt to the regulations ensuring we keep a warm, welcoming & relaxing feel throughout Bryn Bella.

As regulations change frequently over the weeks, we will update any changes to the policies here.

Your time for Breakfast will have been agreed, we would like to ask that you keep to these times to allow us to ensure suitable social distancing of all our guests.

CHECK-IN

You would have received a welcome email a few days before your arrival.

On check-in, you will be given a registration card which we will require you to add your car registration number and a signature. Once this has been signed, you will hand your room keys in a plastic bag.

We kindly ask, on your arrival if you could scan one of our QR codes for the Track & Trace system.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you with your bags.

THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY

Our staff will be wearing PPE, but underneath they will all be smiling, ready to welcome you and answer any queries you may have.

We would like to ask that you be respectful of all the social distancing guidelines and that a face covering is worn at all times in public areas.

Please feel free to use the hand sanitiser stations throughout your stay.

Certain items have been removed from your bedroom, these include magazines, guest directory soft furnishings. All high touch points in your accommodation has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival.

GUEST HOUSE ENTRANCES AND PUBLIC AREAS

  • Social distancing applies everywhere including public areas and outside entrances.
  • Please help us by respecting social distancing. In some areas there may be signage to assist with distancing.
  • Please do not congregate in any of our public areas. This includes outside areas of the Guest House and at entrances.
